Cancellation conditions
Up to 1 month before arrival, the booking can be cancelled free of charge. In case of cancellation 1 month before arrival, in case of no-show, early departure or late arrival will be charged 3 non-consumed days.

Check-in
On the day of arrival your room will be available from 2 p.m. If you plan your arrival after 6 p.m. please inform us by phone.

Check-out
On the day of departure we ask you to leave your room by 10 a.m.

Directions
The Göllerhof is located in Via Goller 1a in Kaltern. Here you can find our directions for a comfortable arrival. You can park directly on our own parking area.

Deposit
For each reservation we ask you for a deposit of 30% of the total price.

Means of payment
You can pay your hotel bill in cash up to 4.999,99 €, or by bank transfer before arrival.

Pets
Please understand that we don’t accept pets in our house.

Smokers
According to Italian law, smoking is forbidden in our hotel and therefore also in our rooms. You are allowed to smoke on our garden terrace.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax amounts to 2,00 € per person and night and has to be paid directly on site. Children up to the age of 14 years are exempt from the tourist tax.

Trip cancellation insurance
In anticipation of unforeseen circumstances, you can purchase a trip cancellation insurance.
